The Philippines is a an island nation in Southeast Asia. It is a Heterogeneous society: The official language is Filipino, which is based on the language Tagalog.
Other ethno-linguist groups includes the Ilocanos, Cebuanos, Visayans, Chinese, and many more groups spread across Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao, and Palawan.
