Darn it

So there is a cute guy at my gym that I've been fantasizing about for a while now. He is well built with just enough chest hair and a cute masculine face. He is also a complete nerd: he wears thick glasses, his jeans worn high enough that you see his ankles which are covered by really high socks and he talks about computer. So he was my type. :) Today I finally got him to talk to me while doing my work out. He was giving me advice. But the most intelligent thing I had to say was "oh." Totally blew it.
